Terms and Conditions: Credit card reservations are required to guarantee a seat. “Double bookings” & “no shows” are charged in full. To receive a refund you must cancel 24 hrs in advance. You can make changes or get a credit for a future trip if you let us know up to 4 hrs in advance. We will make changes to another bus up to 2 hrs before departure based on availability.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. For walk ups we accept credit card and cash in some instances if absolutely necessary. Walk ups are charges $60 for Diplomat class $40 Luxury class and $30 for coach. $20 for Hampton to Hampton service.
All carry-on luggage must be stowed safely in the overhead or under-carriage compartments. All under-carriage luggage must be checked ($250.00 maximum luggage liability). Each passenger is limited to two bags. Special handling items are charged an additional $10.00.
Cell phones for emergency purpose only (limit 2 minutes). All ringers must be turned off. No audible video games or disturbing electronic equipment.
